我的時間分配方式合理嗎？該怎麼安排輕重緩急？學業興趣人際關係，想兼顧每一樣都需要花心思好好經營，怎麼卻忙一忙時間就沒了？！來跟著「尋嘗日」牌卡一起學習時間管理！ 對許多人而言，時間管理真正的難點不在於缺乏行程表，而在於難以覺察自身的習慣盲點，以及如何在「角色責任」與「理想生活」之間釐清輕重緩急、取得平衡。本工作坊由專業諮商心理師與學輔專員共同帶領，透過「尋嘗日」牌卡為探索媒介，引導參與的學生從日常時間分配切入，藉由挑選、分類、整理，協助同學區分出哪些活動屬於社會期待的角色責任、哪些是通往夢想的必經之路、哪些又是滋養心靈的個人喜好，並具體檢視時間究竟流向何處。透過小團體的深度探索，覺察自身時間管理模式的潛在盲點，這不僅能提升自我效能感，更能幫助學生在面對充滿快速變動的未來時，擁有既穩定又有彈性適應能力的信心。
For many people, the true challenge of time management lies not in the lack of a schedule, but in the difficulty of noticing one’s own habitual blind spots, and how to clarify priorities and find a balance between "role responsibilities" and an "ideal life." This workshop is co-led by a professional counseling psychologist and campus advisors. Using the "Ordinary Days" card set as a medium for exploration, we guide students to start from their daily time allocation. Through selecting, categorizing, and organizing, we assist students in distinguishing which activities belong to socially expected role responsibilities, which are essential paths toward their dreams, and which are personal hobbies that nourish the soul, while concretely examining where their time actually flows.
