NTU Forest Day: Living with Nature
  • 發布單位:Center for Student Well-Being

When was the last time you slowed down and noticed the world around you?

In busy university life, we often forget to breathe, move with care, and just be.

NTU Forest Day is a chance to relax in nature and reconnect with yourself.

Join us under the trees for Nordic walking, forest yoga, and silent meditation.

Through simple, guided activities, you’ll feel the calm that comes with slowing down.

No experience needed—just come with an open heart.

NTU Forest Day invites you back to nature—and back to yourself.

NTU Forest Day offers 15 free guided experiences between August 6 and October 8, inviting you to slow down and reconnect with nature throughout the early fall semester.

Each session is limited to 15 participants, with 5 additional spots on the waiting list.

Confirmed participants will receive a detailed activity notice one week prior to the session—please keep an eye on your inbox.
